I believe, without exception, that everyone has the capacity within themselves to face challenges, heal from pain, and experience growth.

I genuinely love hearing people’s stories and providing tailored support for insight, growth, and healing. I am inspired daily by the strength, resilience, and ingenuity of my clients.

I have over two decades of experience working with people in educational and counselling capacities. I genuinely love helping people meet their goals. Most recently, I’ve spent 3 years working with adults who want to address past traumas and develop better coping skills. Today, I work with motivated adults towards their personal goals that could include addressing childhood trauma and past interpersonal violence, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and gaining insight into destructive patterns of behaviour. Please see below for more information about how I approach mental health.
