About Me

I believe, without exception, that everyone has the capacity within themselves to face challenges, heal from pain, and experience growth.

I have been working with people from all walks of life in education and mental health fields for over twenty years. I have been providing counselling in private practice and non-profit settings since 2022. I genuinely love helping others to grow and meet their goals.

I am currently working towards full membership with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and am building my professional experience under close supervision. Sessions with me are not likely to be covered by your insurance at this stage.
